Your card is charged on the day you sign up, then on the same date each month via Stripe. You’ll receive an automatic invoice by email after every payment.
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We don’t offer refunds on completed billing periods. If you’re not satisfied after your first month, contact us. We’d rather fix the problem than lose a client.
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We can also arrange bank transfer or invoice billing for annual plans. Email us to set that up.
